We know how stressful, hectic and repetitive it can get with everyone at home so by looking after ourselves we can handle irritating situations better and be there for others too…

What we need now is Nourishment.

Move our bodies.


Find healthy ways of dealing with worries and stress.

3 hours of 1-1 coaching where we meet once a week via Zoom to discover ways you can fit in eating well and really looking after yourself to get through this tricky time and come out the other side Thriving!

1st session 90 mins, 2 session 30 mins, 3rd session 60 mins. Support and accountability between sessions via Whats App/Voxer so if you get stuck I am there.

Easy nutritious plant based recipes, EFT to help stress & overwhelm, mealplanning, mindset work, print outs, goal setting, visualisations… Hand holding to see you through till the end of this Lockdown period and beyond…

First session to be taken Wednesday 11th, Thursday 12th or Friday 13th.

I get it. I’m a working mum in my 40’s. It’s a juggle and life can get a bit on top of you sometimes – I need all the energy I can get!

I’ve been high, I’ve been low and now I have a much better understanding of how my mind and body work. I have honed my skills and found ways to fit in the things that bring me great joy because even though it seems tricky sometimes it is so worth it. Otherwise what’s the point? 

Life is for living so I enjoy my wine with girlfriends and weekend mega meals with the hubby and find that I still fit into my jeans and have the energy to run around after my toddler.
