90 minutes 1-1 coaching via Zoom + 7 days access to me via Telegram/Whats App.
In our time together we will:
- Look at your diet and lifestyle.
- Get clear on your goal.
- Get clear on your Why
- Create a list of actions.
- Create a plan
- Boom!
I will send you a questionnaire and food diary to fill out and return before our session.
We will hit the ground running and use this time to get to the nitty gritty and form a basic plan so that you can start moving forward immediately.
During the 7 days that follow you will have access to me via Telegram/Whats App where you can ask questions and I can support and advise.

I get it. I’m a working mum in my mid 40’s. It’s a juggle and life can get a bit on top of you sometimes – I need all the energy I can get!
I’ve been high, I’ve been low and now I have a much better understanding of how my mind and body work. I have honed my skills and found ways to fit in the things that bring me great joy because even though it seems tricky sometimes it is so worth it. Otherwise what’s the point?
Life is for living so I enjoy my wine and garlic bread and find that I still fit into my jeans and have the energy to run around after my daughter.
