You had hoped that you were going to emerge from Lockdown with a new, healthier lifestyle but it hasn’t happened. It’s been stressful, anxiety inducing and you have felt overwhelmed so you just didn’t really know where to start.

What upsets you most is that this really isn’t how you want to live your life.

You know you could feel happier, more satisfied, more alive!

You know eating less rubbish and more veg would help you and your family. You want more but you just don’t know where to start and you are too knackered!  There’s always next week…

When you eat better, you feel better, and I am here to help you do just that.

With 1 -1 support, accountability, practical advice and guidance you can do anything you put your mind to. Visualisations, meal plans, EFT, NLP and simple plant based recipes are all available to help you find your way to more vitality and health.

With delicious, easy plant based food and mindset work at the core of this programme you feel nourished in mind, body and soul.


6 week plan

  • 4 hours of 1-1 coaching where I share nutritional advice and we work on mindset shifts so you can  create new healthy habits. A 6 week intensive where you hit the ground running and choose a couple of areas of your health and wellbeing that you want to improve on. Also a great way to transition over to a more plantbased way of eating if that is something you would like. 


  • You will receive handouts on subjects such as: staying motivated, time saving hacks, meal plans, worksheets and simple mouth watering plant based recipes.


  • Email/What’s App/Voxer support over the time we work together. This will provide motivation, accountability, support and I can answer any questions you may have.

12 week plan

  • 7 hours of 1-1 coaching where we really get down to the nitty gritty. We will look at how you live and feel now and how you want to live and feel. Mindset work and practical nutritional advice alongside easy, tasty recipes and simple self care. Making changes to the way you live and eat for positive lasting change so that you can work towards feeling the way you really want to.


  • You will receive handouts on subjects such as: staying motivated, time saving hacks, meal plans, worksheets and simple mouth watering plant based recipes.


  • Your last session will be a couple of weeks after we have finished working together as a check in to see how you are doing. I want this to work for you.


  • Email/What’s App/Voxer support over the time we work together. This will provide motivation, accountability, support and I can answer any questions you may have.

I get it. I’m a working mum in my 40’s. It’s a juggle and life can get a bit on top of you sometimes – I need all the energy I can get!

I’ve been high, I’ve been low and now I have a much better understanding of how my mind and body work. I have honed my skills and found ways to fit in the things that bring me great joy because even though it seems tricky sometimes it is so worth it. Otherwise what’s the point? 

Life is for living so I enjoy my wine with girlfriends and weekend mega meals with the hubby and find that I still fit into my jeans and have the energy to run around after my toddler.
