You know you want to do your bit for environment, you keep seeing it on the news and reading articles in the paper….. Even the kids are talking about it at school. More meat free meals they say, cut back on processed meat for your health and that of the planet. You know it makes sense and you wanna be a good role model for your kids but you just don’t know where to start.

You wish you weren’t so overwhelmed and could stick to some sort of a healthier plantbased lifestyle but it all just seems like such hard work. There’s always next week…

Or perhaps for you it’s niggling headaches, PMT, poor sleep, thrush, digestive issues such as constipation and bloating……. The list goes on. For many people this is just part of life but it can make you feel so miserable…..

Revitalise Your Life Programme

 The Revitalise your Life programme works by looking at You as a whole person so that we can find ways for you to thrive. This is a new improved way of life not just a quick fix. We will look at how you eat and what you eat, sleep habits, family, work, stress levels and triggers, exercise, what you do for fun and relaxation, selfcare and how you live your day to day life.

We go through 4 main steps together. The difference with my programme is that once we have finished working together you are not left high and dry…. I even check in with you a couple of weeks later to see how you are getting on and if there is anything else I can help with. I really want this to work for you.

Each step can be taken via Skype/Zoom/Facetime or phone. If you live local to me then there may also be the option of me coming to your house for a couple of the sessions (reasonable travel costs may apply). It couldn’t be easier!

Step 1. Clarity.

Looking at behaviours, habits and mindset. We work together to get clarity and set goals that feel exciting yet achievable.

Step 2. Focus.

Focusing on the nuts and bolts of healthy eating. We look at what your body needs to flourish and thrive along with meal planning.

Step 3. Flow.

Looking at everything you have tried and learnt, what’s working for you, what isn’t and re jig as needed to help you get into the flow of healthy living.

 

Step 4. Confidence.

Looking at how it has all come together. Tweaking, answering questions and making sure you feel happy and confident in your new lifestyle so that the positive changes last.

 

 

 1 x 30 minute Booster Call  2 weeks after step 4 to iron out any creases, provide support and encouragement for your ongoing success.

  • That is up to 4.5 hours of 1-1 coaching (depending on which package you choose) where I share nutritional advice and possibly EFT and NLP techniques to help move you towards your goals.
  • You receive a marvellous pdf manual bursting with information on healthy eating, tips on staying motivated, time saving hacks, meal plans, worksheets and over 50 mouth watering plant based recipes.
  • Email/text support over the time we work together. This will provide motivation, accountability and I can answer any questions you may have.
