Welcome to The Power Hour.
In this hour we will:
- Look at your diet and lifestyle.
- Get clear on your goal.
- Get clear on your Why
- Create a list of actions.
- Create a plan
I will send you a questionnaire and food diary (if applicable) to fill out and return before your session.
We will hit the ground running and use this hour to get to the nitty gritty and form a basic plan so that you can start moving forward immediately.
I will even send you a printable check list to help keep yourself on track. I use this myself – I mean who doesn’t love ticking things off lists!?
If, after working together, you decide that you want more then let’s contuinue!
It doesn’t have to end there. You will probably be on a roll and excited to unpick more challenges and carry on finding ways to feel fantastic. I offer 1-1 programmes with tonnes of helpful, practical advice, nutrition info, easy plant based recipes and mindset work to really make lasting changes.

I get it. I’m a working mum in my 40’s. It’s a juggle and life can get a bit on top of you sometimes – I need all the energy I can get!
I’ve been high, I’ve been low and now I have a much better understanding of how my mind and body work. I have honed my skills and found ways to fit in the things that bring me great joy because even though it seems tricky sometimes it is so worth it. Otherwise what’s the point?
Life is for living so I enjoy my wine with girlfriends and weekend mega meals with the hubby and find that I still fit into my jeans and have the energy to run around after my toddler.
